Kiss4d Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the kiss4d platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the kiss4d platform through our website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance takes effect immediately upon your first use of any part of the platform, including simply browsing publicly available content.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and must not proceed with account registration. Your continued use of the kiss4d platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms apply strictly to individuals aged 18 and above. Use of this platform by anyone below the stipulated age limit is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without prior notice.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To access the full suite of kiss4d services, you are required to register a valid personal account. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your username and password. kiss4d shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party, whether with or without your knowledge.
- All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date at all times.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Your password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
- Identity verification via official documents may be required before a withdrawal is approved.
Kiss4d reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time for verification purposes. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or closure of your account.
Payment Information and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the kiss4d platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). No foreign currency conversion is required for standard deposits or withdrawals using supported local payment methods.
Deposit
Deposits must be made using payment methods supported by the platform. Deposited funds will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. kiss4d is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed once account verification is complete and a sufficient balance is confirmed. kiss4d reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal request that shows signs of suspicious activity, fraud, or a breach of these terms. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to one business day for local bank transfers.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all bank account or e-wallet details provided are accurate. kiss4d is not liable for any funds lost due to incorrect information submitted by the user.
Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability
Kiss4d users agree to use this platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:
- Using third-party software, bots, or automated tools to interact with the platform.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
- Using credit card details, bank accounts, or e-wallets that are unauthorised or do not belong to you.
- Engaging in any activity that compromises the security or integrity of the kiss4d system.
- Distributing content that is deceptive, offensive, or harmful to other users.
Kiss4d accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting activity, service interruptions due to system maintenance, or technical failures beyond our control. Users acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and accept full responsibility for their own decisions.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Kiss4d reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Breach of these terms and conditions or any related platform policies.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the stipulated timeframe.
- Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or platform credits.
- Multiple accounts registered by the same individual.
In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, kiss4d reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account. For closures arising from other reasons, any valid balance will be returned to the user via an appropriate payment method once all required investigations and verifications have been completed.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content, logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software on the kiss4d platform are the exclusive property of kiss4d or its respective licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of these elements without prior written permission.
The kiss4d platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational convenience. kiss4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Kiss4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to voluntary discussion for a period of 30 days. Should discussions fail, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed void only to the extent of its invalidity, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
